This 18-hour course is designed for administrators who implement Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) for analysts. Students learn ITSI architecture and core concepts, configure services and KPIs, implement service health scores, set up glass tables and deep dives, configure predictive analytics and anomaly detection, and manage ITSI for ongoing service monitoring.
