Prerequisites

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) and practical ServiceNow administration experience are required. Familiarity with LDAP, CMDB, and Agile project management is helpful.

Course Description

This course teaches implementers, consultants, architects, and administrators how to implement the ServiceNow platform for an organization. Students learn to configure platform fundamentals, manage data, build integrations, automate processes, and follow implementation best practices to deliver a successful ServiceNow deployment.
