Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-powered agents. Students gain foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 core services, security, identity, compliance, and administrative controls. The course then builds on this foundation by exploring how Copilot and agents can automate tasks, enhance collaboration, and personalize user experiences across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This course is the successor to MS-900 and reflects the growing role of AI in modern workplace administration.
