This practical, hands-on course is for experienced business analysts who want to integrate generative AI into real analysis work, responsibly and effectively. Rather than treating AI as a shortcut or a replacement for analysis, the course positions AI as an accelerating collaborator that still depends on your judgment and accountability. Working through a shared case study, you will use leading AI assistants to start projects, model processes and data, prepare for elicitation, write user stories, plan development, design user experiences, write tests, and keep artifacts traceable. At every step you will evaluate AI output for accuracy, completeness, bias, and hidden assumptions, and you will finish with a practical plan for bringing AI into your own BA practice.
