Course Description
This workshop brings together two transformative methods, design thinking and generative AI, to give professionals practical tools for innovation and problem-solving. You will apply human-centered design principles to identify and solve complex business problems while using AI both as a design assistant and as a component of the solution. Through hands-on exercises, case studies, and group breakouts, you will use AI to speed up user research, personas, journey maps, and prototyping, design AI agents and automation workflows, and integrate AI into tools such as Figma. You leave with templates for AI solution design and a 90-day implementation plan.
